A year ago I predicted computers and other electronics would return to wooden framing that was so popular in the 70s and 80s. Well, I discovered something better on etsy.com: Old Time Computers makes custom made "steam punk" style monitors, keyboards, mice, and mouse pads. Would you buy?

just because

my thoughtful and generous bf bought me a new MacBook. I'm playing with photobooth. these are my masterpieces:

My best impression of one of the Ramones. Johnny? Joey? Marky?

the above two are for my siouxsie and the banshees cover band album covers

Oh hey guys! did you hear? Like, there's a raging bonfire party down at the pier? Yeah like Cyndi Lauper is supposed to show. but you know, like, no big deal.

Say, What's the Time?

i gotta look stylish yo. That's why im gettin' myself these fresh watches:

Timex silver classic

Casio Gold time machine Data Bank

The best thing about the latter is the testimonials on amazon.com. This one in particular said, "Also different time zones can be viewed just by touching one simple button, It looks so elegant in your wrist. I ordered two-one in golden and another in silver steel."

I mean just look at that thing; it's obvious that the watch belongs on Audrey Hepburn's wrists, but it's insane how technology has advanced! 1 button lets you view 2 different time zones?!
I was sold.

new prediction

i predict the in the near future stylish designs in the computer and/or tv industry will go back to wood.
what do you think?

oh wow. as i was finding a picture of an old 1970s/80s era tv with a wooden frame, look at what i found instead. the future is now:

gimmeeee

firstly, thank you CEH for this find at Wisteria.com
there's a good chance we'll get it because the commissioned piece and designer are still MIA. (To all you people in need of a table: James L. with JR. Allen and Co. in Michigan sucks ass. and if you know him, tell him people are looking for him.)

i'm also in the market to purchase a new mobile phone.
i'm looking at the palm pre and the t-mobile G1. whatchu fools think?
