desks!

i've found a few desks that will fit my industrial/montauk beach style apartment. the look is an amalgamation of old industrial/reclaimed items and beachy pieces, like glass and pebbles. the industrial metals can create a factory vibe, but combining it with natural woods and pebbles will bring tranquility to the potentially harsh environment.

My color scheme is black, white, browns (mostly from woods), and mustard-yellow.

the first desk is the one i love the most. even though it's a bit mid-century modern, it's two-tone wood is unique and you can't beat the price at just under $450.00. The second goes well with my aforementioned look. I think i'd prefer it in the mahogany, but the latches wouldn't be silver. Oh the choices...
